What is the process?
Step 1: Chain Selection
Upon your arrival, you will have the opportunity to see the chain selection that is available to you and to make your choice for your desired permanent jewelry.
Step 2: Measurement
For this step will adjust the chain accordingly to the size you want and feel confortable.
Step 3: Welding
Finally, all that remains is to safely solder the chain. This step is very quick and allows you to leave with a nice permanent jewel . Enjoy!

If you need to remove the jewelry for any reason, it's easy to cut the chain with a simple pair of scissors.
How long does the permanent jewelry last?
The chains we use are made out of solid 14k gold (no plating, it’s full gold!), so it won't change color, won’t tarnish or color your skin. The durability of the permanent jewel is therefore variable according to the lifestyle of each person. It’s made to last, but since they are delicate chains, it is not a foolproof product. Contact us for any issue.
Do I have to take care of my permanent jewelry?
Like for any metal being worn all the time, your jewelry can slightly lose its shine through the years. If it happens all you have to do is polish your jewel once in a while with the polish cloth that we will provide you for free.
What happens if I have to take it off but I want it back again?
If you need to remove the jewelry for any reason, it's easy to cut the chain with a simple pair of scissors. If you want to have it back you only have to contact us and we can re-weld it for you at the cost of 15$
How long a permanent jewelry appointment takes?
You will have a slot of 10 minutes per person.
Can I book an appointment for 2 persons at the same time?
Yes you can! You just have to select the number of person when you book your appointment. Bring your bestie with you :)

How can I book an appointment?
You must make an appointment directly on our website. Our address is 2049 rue Parthenais, Montreal. You will receive the appointment instructions in your confirmation email. The time slots are open 90 days in advance.
Is it safe to get a permanent jewelry?
The welding of the permanent jewel is absolutely safe, there is no risk. We are using a special machine specifically made for that and our staff is trained properly.
Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?
Absolutely! TSA does not ask you to remove fine jewelry, so you'll be able to take your permanent jewelry with you on all your adventures!
