Canada

→ Free regular shipping on orders over 100$
→ Regular shipping : Shipping cost is starting at 3.00$ for the first item + 1.00$ for each additional item. Allow approximately 5-10 business days* for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. No tracking number, we are not responsible if your package is getting lost by the carrier.
→ Expedited shipping : Shipping cost is 10.00$. Allow approximately 3-5 business days* for delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you.

United States

→ Free regular shipping on orders over 100$
→ Regular shipping : Shipping cost starting at 4.00$ for the first item + 1.00$ for each additional item. Allow approximately 6-12 business days* for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. No tracking number, we are not responsible if your package is getting lost by the carrier.

International

→ Free regular shipping on orders over 200$
→ Regular shipping : Shipping cost starting at 10.00$ for the first item + 1.50$ for each additional item. Allow approximately 10-18 business days* for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
→ If you live outside of Canada, local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. For more information, please check with your local government.

*Those are approximate delivery days. We are not responsible for further delays that can occur to our carrier.

IMPORTANT : When you place an order on our website, please be sure to double-check your delivery address. If it’s incorrect and your package is returned to us because your address can't be found by our carrier, we would be obliged to charge you the shipping fees again. Please note that it will not be possible to cancel the order. 

 

Pick-up

You can pick up your order in our showroom : 2065 Parthenais Street, H2K 3T2, Montreal (QC) - Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer exchange only within 10 days after delivery. Unworn jewelry must be returned in their original box. You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returned items.

If you would like an exchange, please email us in the Contact section of the website with "Exchange (order number)" in the subject line and you will receive instructions.

If an item breaks within a few days of wearing or is broken upon receiving your shipment, we are more than happy to fix it. Simply notify us in the Contact section of the website and you will receive instructions.

Our gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
